About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand tone and goals.
  • Grow social media followers, engagement, and community interaction through innovative campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to develop campaign ideas and storytelling.
  • Analyze key metrics and prepare reports on performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with influencers and industry experts.

Desired Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience

3-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
