Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Cold Calling will be a part of this role.
- Engage with mid- and senior-level professionals to understand their career goals
and recommend suitable programs offered in collaboration with leading Indian
and global institutions.
- Drive consultative conversations via phone to build interest and guide prospects
toward the right executive education opportunities.
- Offer personalized career and learning guidance that addresses professional
challenges and enhances growth prospects through upskilling.
- Achieve enrolment targets and earn industry-leading incentives through
consistent performance.
- Schedule and conduct detailed discussions with prospective learners, providing
accurate and honest program-related information.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and progress within the CRM
platform.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures for seamless lead management and
program enrollment.
- Actively participate in training sessions and internal meetings aimed at personal
and professional development.
- Contribute to overall team success and support shared goals.
Desired Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience
2–3 years of proven experience in executive program sales, education advisory,high-ticket training, or executive recruitment.
