Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Creation of reading-based learning content – handbooks, manuals etc.
- Creation of PPTs, scripts and storyboards for video content.
- Creation of assessments for evaluating learning impact.
- Creation of all pieces of content that go on our learning platform.
- Upload and organize learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
- Ensure accurate metadata tagging and categorization of content for easy retrieval and seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the product and technology teams to troubleshoot any content- related issues on the LMS.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on learning content to identify and resolve hygiene issues, such as grammatical errors, typos, formatting inconsistencies, and broken links.
- Follow established guidelines and style standards to maintain the highest quality of content.
- Coordinating with the project management team for regular planning, prioritizing, execution and delivery of projects.
- Collaborating with the creative/media, content production team for vendor management and delivery.
- Syncing up with the tech and product teams for regular insights on the user experience – what worked and what did not; and providing data-driven inputs to improve the content.

Experience
2-3 years of experience as Curriculum Developer, Subject Matter Expert, Content Designer etc.
