Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking & referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with preschool stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase our Edtech solutions.
  • Close deals, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the telecalling team for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
  • Share regular reports and insights with the management team.

Desired Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline (MBA preferred)

Experience

2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in Edtech or education

Expected competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Builds trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of preschool operations and the Edtech landscape.
