Project Manager

Led project planning and execution across Learning Design, L&D, and B2G verticals using data-driven prioritization, pipeline tracking, and productivity reporting to improve delivery efficiency. Managed internal and external stakeholders, vendor ecosystems, compliance processes, and dashboards to monitor production quality, timelines, and user feedback, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

About This Role

Key Responsibilities

Project planning and management:
  • Provide data and insights in prioritizing projects.
  • Drawing a project pipeline and ensuring seamless process flows.
  • Progress tracking of all projects under the Learning Design, L&D and B2G vertical.
  • Supporting the teams in establishing efficient ways of project execution.
  • Reporting team productivity, identifying gaps between planned and achieved output and suggesting measures to improve the same.
  • Troubleshooting issues if faced by any team.
  • Compliances for agreement closures, invoicing and payments
Alliances and Partnerships:
  • Drafting partnership proposal decks targeting accreditation and affiliation institutions.
  • Relationship management with national and international trade bodies for educational collaborations.
  • Collaborating and compliance for partnerships.
Internal stakeholder management:
  • Coordinating with the governance team for reporting project updates.
  • Monitoring the QA and review processes to ensure that the content produced is delivered with superior quality in the stipulated timelines.
  • Syncing up with the tech and product teams for regular insights on the user experience – what worked and what did not; and providing data-driven inputs to improve the content.
External Stakeholder Management:
  • Keeping an inventory of vendors ready for content production and review.
  • Drawing plans for sample and actual delivery and ensuring strong adherence to the same.
  • Keeping a track of their timelines and output on a regular basis and other responsibilities that come up from time to time.
  • Raising any red flags in the production processes if any for ensuring timely, corrective action.
Data Analysis and User Insights:
  • Dashboard creation for monitoring lesson production.
  • Analyzing error flags raised by the tutors and students.

Desired Qualification

  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics preferred.
  • Gradution/Post Graduation in any discipline.

Experience

2-4 years experience as Project Manager in educational institutions or edtech companies

Expected competencies

  • Proficient in using project management tools like JIRA, Zoho etc
  • Experience in Data Analytics is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  • Sound knowledge of SQL, Python etc
  • Obsession for data, detail & perfection
  • Knowledge about project management & productivity tools
  • Awareness about edtech industry and innovation in education
  • Work discipline and leading by example
  • Coordination and resource organization
  • PMP certification / Six Sigma is a plus
