About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Content Team by introducing new processes to meet daily, monthly, and annual production output targets.
  • Tracking project progress in content output concerning targets and budgets through weekly/monthly reports, and implementing necessary changes to align with project requirements.
  • Collaborating with the content team to align content demand with monthly production goals and meet market-specific key performance metrics.
  • Creating a clear control and feedback loop to quickly identify and resolve problems faced by projects or the content team.
  • Coordinating, supervising, managing, and analysing content development efforts from multiple external projects.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, monitoring, and providing feedback to external agencies.
  • Desired Qualification

    Bachelor’s degree in any field.

    2-3 years
