Company Secretary

Managed end-to-end corporate secretarial and statutory compliance across company, LLP, and regulatory requirements, including board processes, filings, records, and audits. Supported incorporations, securities matters, regulatory interfaces (ROC, RBI, SEBI), and transaction-related compliances while ensuring strong governance, accurate documentation, and adherence to corporate laws.

About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate and Business Laws, regulations and guidelines.
  • Handling all Secretarial matters and end to end corporate compliances including drafting of the resolutions, preparation of minutes, Annual Report etc.
  • Assists in various event-based Compliances with authorities such as ROC, RD, RBI, SEBI etc.
  • Handle promotion, formation and incorporation of companies, LLP and matters related thereto.
  • Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative.
  • Assist in board/general meetings and follow-up actions thereof.
  • Manages all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission.
  • Acts as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books, and registers.
  • Assist in Secretarial/Compliance Audit, Due Diligence Report, Search Report.
  • Assist in procedural aspects including review and finalization of documents.
  • related to amalgamation/merger/demerger/acquisition etc.
  • Assist in CSR activities and compliance.

Desired Qualification

  • Qualified and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS).
  • A legal degree will be an advantage.

Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
